Malabar B.Ed Training College celebrated Teachers' Day with a meaningful seminar dedicated to honoring educators. The event commenced with an opening ceremony where the significance of Teachers' Day was highlighted, followed by a series of insightful presentations and discussions led by faculty and guest speakers. Topics covered included the evolving role of teachers, innovative teaching methods, and the impact of education on society. The seminar provided a platform for reflection and professional development, fostering a deeper appreciation for the contributions of teachers. On March 13, 2023, Malabar Training College hosted a program on "Education Policy and Reforms," led by Ranjith Markose. This session provided an in-depth look at current educational policies and reform strategies. It aimed to equip educators and administrators with knowledge on policy development, implementation, and impact assessment through lectures and case studies. The program focused on enhancing participants' understanding of how to effectively navigate and influence   educational reforms.  

On November 17, 2021, Malabar Training College hosted a seminar on "Teacher Leadership and Professional Development," conducted by Dr. Joselet Mathew. The seminar focused on empowering educators with leadership skills and strategies for ongoing professional growth. It covered effective leadership practices, career development, and methods for fostering a culture of continuous improvement in education.
