NATIONAL CONSTITUTION DAY



 On November 26, 2024, the Social Science Department and IQAC organized an Constitution Day program in a modest format,  to commemorate the adoption of the Indian Constitution. The event was conducted in a simple and meaningful format to foster awareness and understanding of the Indian Constitution among students. The event was conducted in the general hall starting at 2.30 pm.

     The program commenced with a brief introduction by Jameelathil Misla.  The quiz was designed to test participants' knowledge of the Indian Constitution, its history, fundamental rights, directive principles, and other significant aspects. A total 5  teams, each comprising two members, participated in the competition, representing various departments of the college. The quiz was conducted in multiple rounds. The first round consisted ten questions and to shortlist three teams for the final round. Between the rounds, the organizers conducted an audience engagement session . The session  included a set of questions related to the Indian Constitution, allowing the audience to showcase their knowledge. Small tokens of appreciation such as  chocolate were distributed to those who have correct answers. This interactive session kept the audience engaged and added excitement to the program. The final round also consisted10 questions. After the final round two teams were for first position. To break the tie, the question was asked. The event was expertly hosted by Jameelathil Misla and Dilna Raveendran. 

    The first prize was secured by the Mathematics Department, followed by the Physical Science Department in the second place, and the English Department in the third place. The event concluded with the announcement of the competition results, marking the successful completion of the program
