WORLD RABIES DAY

The world Rabies day on September 28, Department of Physical Science organised an awareness talk programme on September 30 aftemoon 2pm. The talk was led by Akshay student-teacher of physical science, who tried to educate the students about rabies/ts prevention and control. The event aimed to spread knowledge about the disease, and its impact on human and animals, and the importance of vaccination and timely treatment.

The session commenced with a welcome speech by Akshay, emphasizing the importance of world Rabies day. A documentary video on Rabies was also presented. The video highlights the global impact of Rabies and personal stories of individual affected by rabies also it includes the importance of timely medical intervention and vaccination. The documentary video left a strong impression making the subject easy and relatable to understand. The participants gained a better understanding of Rabies prevention strategies and the importance of timely actions. The event fostered greater awareness and responsibility in managing pets and stray animals. The awareness talk were effective in raising awareness about rabies and encouraging proactive measures. The event concluded with a commitment from attendees to promote rabies awareness and work towards its eradication. The session was really engaging and successfully raised awareness about rabies and its prevention. Participants left well-informed and motivated to act.
