N Pi APPROXIMATION DAY


 The Department of Mathematics at Malabar Training College, Peravoor, organized a quiz competition to commemorate Pi Approximation Day on 22nd July 2024. The event began at 2:30 pm in the mathematics classroom and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students representing five different departments. The program commenced with a warm welcome address delivered by Ashamya from the Mathematics Department. She extended her greetings to the participants, judges, and faculty members, setting the tone for the event. The quiz competition revolved around the fascinating mathematical constant π (Pi) and its significance in various fields. Participants demonstrated their knowledge and competitive spirit, making the event both educational and engaging. The program successfully highlighted the importance of Pi in mathematics and its real-world applications, fostering a deeper appreciation for the subject among students. The event concluded with the distribution of prizes to the winners, leaving the participants and audience inspired.
